Dual Stage Upgrade



Simply convert the Stage 2 PowerMax Boost Cooler system to a 2-stage injection control. The enclosed solenoid valve is controlled by the VC-50 control unit and activated an additional nozzle in the high load range (“Power Nozzle”).

Advantage: At low engine load stage (low boost pressure), a smaller primary nozzle can be used to inject earlier, and a higher injection quantity can be made available by the Boost Cooler at high engine load state (peak boost pressure).
