Description
The EGR system has the function to lower NOx emission. Unfortenately there are a lot of disadvantages, such as increased soot, CO and HC emissions, lower mileage and less power.
Also obstructed intakes caused by severe sooting is a big problem.
By replacing two gaskets from the EGR system with these blocking plates the system can be disabled easily and effectively.
An improvement of the driveability will be directly noticeable.
Suitable for 1.9 JTD 16v & 2.4 JTD 20v euro 3-4 engines (modelyear 2003-2008): Alfa 147, 156, 159, Brera, GT, 166, Fiat Bravo, Stilo, Lancia Thesis (140/150/175/200/210 HP). Note: It is neccesary to modify the mapping.
