In cooperation with JM Tuning we present the new downpipe for the 2.0T engines.
Many downpipes on the market look good from the outside, but lack finishing from the inside. This downpipe is different with a 3.5″ inlet side, 3″ outlet side and fully TIG welded with back purging to have smooth welds on both sides. The downpipe can be equipped with an efficient 120mm Euro5 200 cells catalytic convertor which is MOT approved. Also we ditched the useless EGR port that makes assembly a lot easier and gives less disturbance to exhaust flow. A blanking plate for the EGR cooler is included for those versions that are equipped with low pressure EGR.
The E6D versions have additional temperature sensor bushes.
Results in more power and lower temps at tuned setups. Transforms the exhaust sound in case of the GPF versions which is quite choked from the factory. Strongly recommended with upgrade turbos.
