With these CNC machined end caps the swirl flaps can be removed and holes plugged. The swirl flaps are, together with the EGR valve and DPF one of the weak spots of the JTDm engine. The durability of the standard flap mechanism is weak and can lead to engine damage if the flaps detach. New 2026 edition in black anodised aluminium with Viton O-rings.
